2. Browse and add selected products from our assortment to your shopping cart.
3. Remember that the voucher is for one-time use. In case the order value is lower than the voucher value, the unused amount is not refundable or available for reuse.
4. In the shopping cart, enter the unique code placed on the received gift voucher in the Method of Payment section by selecting I have a payment voucher.
5. Complete the order.
6. In case of an order value greater than the value of the gift voucher you possess, pay the difference.

The gift voucher should be fully redeemed the first time it is used, as the code can only be used once.

The voucher can only be redeemed on the https://www.nessi-sport.com/en website.

The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be refunded.

Gift vouchers are valid for 360 days from the date of purchase.

Gift vouchers are sent as PDF to the email provided when placing the order.

• Regulations define the rules for the operation of gift vouchers in the https://www.nessi-sport.com/en online store
• The Gift Voucher nessi-sport.com is available exclusively in the https://www.nessi-sport.com/en online store and can only be used there.
• In exchange for the funds received, the Issuer gives the Purchaser a gift card (gift voucher) with a nominal value of PLN 100, PLN 200, PLN 300, PLN 500, PLN 700, or PLN 1000.
• When purchasing a gift voucher, as in case of orders for other products from our range, the https://www.nessi-sport.com/en store's Regulations and personal data protection apply. When placing an order, all data must be provided and a payment method must be selected. Available payment methods when purchasing a gift card include prepayment to the account by traditional transfer, electronic transfer, or credit card.
• After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation. In the case of payment by transfer, after the payment is credited, you will receive a second email with the gift voucher in the form of a PDF file containing a unique discount code.
• Electronic delivery.
• You receive a unique code that you can use when making purchases at the shopping cart level.
• Gift vouchers are redeemed only in the https://www.nessi-sport.com/en online store.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 360 days from the date of purchase.
• Gift vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
• Gift vouchers are not subject to reservation or blocking.
• Vouchers can be accepted as a means of payment, redeemed only once and only if:
  • the value of the purchased items is equal to the nominal value of the voucher held;
  • the value of the purchased goods exceeds the nominal value of the voucher held, (in this case the Bearer is obliged to pay the amount (difference) exceeding the voucher's value);
• Return of goods purchased with the use of a gift voucher is possible, in this situation the https://www.nessi-sport.com/en online store's regulations are applied.

Vouchers received in organized contests

Vouchers won in contests organized by the company Progres Wojciech Izbicki, Norbert Sztandera, Żaneta Adamus General Partnership, are automatically assigned to the account of the person who won them.

Dissemination, sale and exchange for cash is prohibited.

Final provisions

• The full content of the regulations is available on the https://www.nessi-sport.com/en website. The Purchaser, by accepting the gift voucher, declares that she/he has become familiar with the content of the regulations, accepts its provisions. Each Bearer who is not the Purchaser by accepting the gift voucher declares that she/he has read the regulations, accepts its provisions.
• The Issuer reserves the right to change these regulations for the following important reasons: e.g. changes in legal regulations.
• The gift voucher is not an electronic payment instrument or payment card within the meaning of legal regulations.

• Complaints regarding purchased goods can be submitted according to the general rules of the https://www.nessi-sport.com/en online store. None of the provisions of these Regulations limit the rights of consumers under the generally applicable laws.
